Shipping We ship to many countries. If you are unable to select your country at the checkout or registration phase, please contact us. Once the pharmacy has received your order, it will be packed and then shipped by EMS or USPS/registered airmail. Normal delivery time is 7-21 business days. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication. If for any reason the order has not be delivered within 21 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the case. Please note: We cannot be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country. Shipping Methods Regular Air Mail, Shipping time: 7-21 business days. Cost: Free How long do I need to wait for my package to arrive? Usually we need 0-3 days to provide and prepare your order. It all depends on what kind of product you have ordered. Then you need to add the shipping time. If your package gets held up by your local customs for a review it usually takes an extra 2-5 business days. An order USUALLY takes 5-16 business days to arrive from what we have learned. Refund policy We are not allowed to restock sold items. Therefore, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications for a refund. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so only before it has been charged and processed, you will need to contact our customer service immediately in order to cancel your order. If your order arrives and its shipping container appears crushed, folded, or severely damaged, your item will be reshipped absolutely free of charge.
